REFUNDS

No refunds or exchanges are accepted on items unless the wrong item has been sent and confirmed with recept or item is damaged in shipping. Proof of damage must be shown within 48hrs of items arrival. Please contact us directly so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible by email withinresin.shelley@gmail.com

Refunds due to customers not providing the correct information at checkout, including but not limited to, address, colour/design specifications, will be refunded after 3 weeks of purchase. The refund value will be the total paid minus processing fees. All efforts will be made to contact the customer prior to this via email. 

Due to the nature of some customisation, no refunds can be provided for pieces made with names, dates etc. If a customised piece can be listed on my website and sold, then a refund minus any processing fee will be supplied only once the piece is re-sold. 

VARIANCES & SLIGHT IMPERFECTIONS

Colours in actual item may appear slightly different than what is viewed on your devices screen. It is difficult for us to make allowance for everyone’s varying personal devices settings.

Every original and unique piece is handmade and some imperfections are unavoidable. If you have any concerns about the quality of workmanship please contact us. Colours and styles can be copied but no original can be recreated.

All epoxy resin will yellow over time. Within Resin uses quality resin with UV stabilisers to prolong the life of all pieces. Care instructions must be followed to ensure your items quality remains as the day it was made for as long as possible. If you have any questions about the use or location you wish to place your item, please contact us and we will be happy to give advice.

RIGHTS TO IMAGES

Within Resin reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist herself. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission from Shelley Nicholson, artist and business owner at Within Resin.
